We guarantee our products to work as advertised, when purchased, period.
If there is a problem, we will make a good faith issue to resolve it. If we
are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price1.
We continually make enhancements to our products, either because we think
up a new feature or because one of our clients has thought up a new feature.
In many cases, our clients commission us to enhance an existing product. Our
policy is to offer all minor version upgrades free of charge for a period of
one year from date of original purchase. In the event of a major upgrade, a
substantial discount is offered for existing licenses who made their prior
purchases more than one month prior to the release date. Purchases within
one month of a major version release are entitled to a free upgrade if the
price remains unchanged, or to simply the difference in cost between the

third-party sources for information using published interface specifications. These
specifications are not controlled by us and are subject to change without
notice. These changes may adversely affect the operation of the software.
While we may provide no-cost updates to said software to reflect the revised
interfaces, we are under no obligation to do so.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of implied warrantees or liability for incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you
may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Installation service is non-refundable in the event the product is being returned for convenience (ex. you return the StoreFront shopping cart within their 30 day window and thus no longer need the add-on, you purchase an add-on and then decide it doesn't do what you really want it to)
