Merchant Account - If you're in need of one start with Web Merchant Services. Their rates are the best I've seen.
WebSite Developers - You're thinking why are I make recommendations here. It is simple, I primarily do site enhancements, taking a new or existing site and give it the specific functionality you want. If you're looking for someone to build a site from scratch though you may want to consider these folks.
