During imports of large data sets the import tool will break up the import to stay within server limitations. By design the import tool should maintain position to complete the import. In some circumstances this position is lost and the import restarts at the first item. The most reliable way to solve this problem is to adjust the import tool configuration settings which can be accessed by pressing the properties image to the left of the help (?) image in the title section. There are three settings of use:
Single Page Load Time - lower this to 600
Page Refresh Delay - increase this to 10
